Funeral Home Special Requests

My sister and I grew up watching Hammer horror movies with lots of shock scenes of severed heads with exaggeratedly twisted, pained countenances. We still joke about it to this day, saying that when we die, we hope our faces look like that for the people who find us. Which made us wonder this evening, do funeral homes ever get special requests to do stuff like that for anyone? (That is, make them look extra scary like a horror movie shock.)

What might be fun would be to attach some sort of string from the coffin lid to a corpse's head and hand, so that if anyone tried to open their coffin, it would turn the head and raise the hand as though the dead guy were still alive, or was a zombie. I could see some horror star or practical joker doing that, and then purposely hiding their will or something valuable in their burial suit (maybe producing the effect like in William Castle's movie Mr. Sardonicus).

And, naturally, opening the coffin lid would also trigger a horror movie music stab sound effect to play loudly.
