Hollywood style ski moguls is different than Olympic moguls.
In Hollywood moguls, movie studio heads, the moguls, lie down on a hillside in
the snow, and movie stars and agents and union heads and craft employees ski
over them. This isn’t a competition so much as just a way to reverse the power
structure for a little while to remind the powerful movie moguls what it’s like
to get walked, or in this case, skied all over, in the hopes that this will
help develop a sense of empathy for others down the jobs ladder. And it’s done
in the snow to show them how frosty things can feel when the shoe is on the
other foot from when moguls freeze people out of deals and profits.
