Tara Lipinski is such a sophisticated lady, it’s wonderful to see her grown up from her Olympic gold medal performance. But, man, today: wow!
My mother has commented on what a beautiful woman she has become, but here, at Sochi, at the Ladies’ Free Skate, she’s wearing a gold dress and a gold headdress, and she looks like an Olympian goddess (with golden hair, no less).
This was probably Johnny Weir’s idea: She won gold, so she should wear gold. (Great idea, by the way!) But, wow!
You know those Ray Harryhausen movies where we get to go to Mount Olympus and see the Greek gods arguing about stuff? Yeah, Tara Lipinski looks better than the Aphrodites we get to see in all those movies.
Yeah, we see who the figure skating gods are today. We will see some new ones, too, before this day is out.
