"Mom Makes Botox Doctor Angry" (Internet Ad)

This is a new Internet ad. But what I'd like to know is this: in what way did she make the doctor angry? And is she the doctor's mom, or just anyone's mom? I'm confused here. Like, did she show all of her doctor child's patients pictures of their doctor looking like an idiot, naked on a bear rug, etc? Did she tell them that her child always wanted to be a doctor, so they always tricked all their friends into "playing doctor", and then took compromising photos of them, and then used the pictures to blackmail them? I'm just trying to think of how this mom could make the doctor angry.

Oh, wait, I know: the mom died after getting botox, and implicated the doctor in a letter to the police, thinking something was not right, what with this doctor injecting deadly poison into her face and such. Is that it? I think that might be it. Because botulinum toxin (a.k.a: "botox") is one of the most deadly poisons known to mankind. (Actually, I believe it's the most deadly.) So shooting it up into your face might not be the best idea. Or is saying that what might make a botox doctor mad? Because, you know, I think I know how a botox doctor might get revenge for such a thing: sneak up and inject botox into someone for non-cosmetic purposes. Or did a doctor do that, and the person died, but they got caught, and that's why they're mad at the (now deceased) mom? I'm just trying to think of legitimate reasons for a botox doctor to be mad at some mom.

Or, wait; you don't suppose the ad meant that maybe someone thought of something that would help people's faces stay young-looking without necessitating the use of botox, and as such, harming a botox doctor's practice and their resultant income? Oh, you know, I never thought of that possibility, because, you know, with the way they worded the ad, it made it sound like something else. And thinking of it this way, maybe this murderous botox doctor actually placed this ad so that people wouldn't suspect them when they killed everyone threatening their business. The fiend!

(Sorry, this is an Internet ad, and I don't know how to direct you to it. But just look around on Yahoo! and stuff, and you're bound to run into it.)
