War on Drugs Deemed “Too Big to Fail”

In light of the recent passing of initiatives to legalize marijuana in a couple more states, the federal government has toyed with the idea of decriminalizing drugs and ending the War on Drugs. But you know, the economy is pretty weak right now, and ending the War on Drugs would cost the country a lot of jobs. And ending the War on Drugs would shrink the size of government, essentially making Republicans look victorious on an issue, encouraging their supporters. Plus, it’s a lot easier to pay for all kinds of secret stuff by just including it in the funding for the War on Drugs. So, with this stuff in mind, the federal government has decided the War on Drugs is officially “too big to fail”. You know, like the banks that killed the economy and stole so much of our money.

So no drugs for you, man! (Oh, sorry: Am I harshing your buzz?)
