I constantly see commercials on TV (especially on cable news and late at night) for legal stuff. And some of this stuff might even be frivolous stuff, but we aren’t told about it! That’s misinformation and false advertising! We need an ad campaign from a law firm that’s willing to admit they’re trying to get us to prosecute frivolous lawsuits!
That’s why we need a new ad campaign that stresses the frivolous nature of the lawsuits they’re trying to get you to hire them to make. They could dress up as clowns, squirt each other with lapel-flower-squirt-guns, show everything in fast-motion so it looks all silly, and have the announcer inhale helium before he says the ad copy. And then it would be completely above-board, and nobody could claim it was misleading or tricksy.
