During the Olympics, China has been running an ad to attract tourism (and perhaps businesses) that says: "China has it all!" But that's not really true, is it? (At least, not yet!)
Yes, China has quite a lot, but they don't have it all yet. After all, America still has some, right? Plus, we owe a lot to China from our national debt, and since we can't afford to pay them back, they don't have it all; at least, not yet! (They probably will soon though, so maybe they're just looking ahead. But when they do have it all, maybe they could run ads for China tourism that say: "Hey America, China has it all, including a lot of stuff that used to be yours! Want to come and see it? It's pretty cool stuff, but you'll have to come visit China if you want to see it!)
