Most people who are fans know that Alex Morgan’s nickname
with her USA Women’s Soccer Team is “Baby Horse”. Well, from her official
website, I see that Nike logo, so apparently she’s sponsored by them somehow.
But now that she’s a bona fide superstar and gold medalist, how about Nike
making a signature Alex Morgan shoe for women’s & girl’s soccer? They could
call it the Alex Morgan “Baby Horse Shoe”, and claim it will bring you luck,
like a horseshoe, and like “Lucky 13” has blessed Alex Morgan. (And,
naturally, they would have little lucky horseshoe graphics on the heels, in
gold {of course: one horseshoe per heel, in the lucky "U" positioning; and maybe one on each tread, in the middle}!)
What do ya’ say, Nike? Baby Horse Shoes? (I’ll bet they would sell well.)
