Rick Santorum Stars in: "Donovan's Brain"!
Apparently, Rick Santorum is doing really well in the Iowa Caucus. That's odd, as I can't think of any reason why anyone would want to vote for him under any circumstances, unless they're a fetus who's afraid of being aborted, or they're a malignant brain in a vegetative state who never wants to be unplugged from life support so it can rule the world (like in Donovan's Brain), and it's using telekinesis and mind control to force everyone within its reach to vote for Rick Santorum, the man who wants to make all death illegal! After the Terri Schiavo fiasco, I'm not sure where he'd draw the line anymore ethically in a life/death case. So theoretically, maybe he'd help an evil super brain conquer the world, like in Donovan's Brain, or The Brain from Planet Arous! Hey, you never know: maybe that alien brain is controlling him right now, plus half of Iowa voters, and that's why he's surging in the polls! (Hey, it could happen!)
